Pomona Hope is a non-profit organization located on the campus of First Presbyterian Church of Pomona. It is on the corner of Gibbs St. and Holt Ave. Gibbs St. is one block east of Garey Ave., which is a major north-south road through commercial district in Pomona.

The Portable Wellness Clinic uses the Gym area of this church. This is a brand new site which has been added to help residents in south Pomona.

From Interstate 10, take the Garey Ave. exit and travel south. Make a left turn on Holt Ave., which is a major intersection. Make a right turn on the first street. The church compound is on the right.

Travelling north on Garey Ave., make a right turn on Holt, and another right onto Gibbs.
