Vineyard Community Church is halfway between the 210 freeway and the I-10 freeway. It is located near Pomona's border with neighboring cities of La Verne and Claremont. The facility stands at the corner of 2 intersecting major (but not too busy) roads: Towne Ave. and Bonita Ave.

The Portable Wellness Clinic uses the Youth Building of this church. It is adjacent to the administrative side of the building that houses the sanctuary and classrooms. When you arrive, you will see signs directing you to the glass door.

From 210 freeway, take Towne Ave. exit and head south (away from the mountains). After you pass Foothill Blvd, you will pass another smaller street called Harrison. Harrison is the last traffic light before you get to the intersection of Towne and Bonita. The entrance to the parking lot is on your right as you arrive at Bonita Ave from Towne Ave.
